Placé sous la tutelle du Ministère de l’Agriculture et du Développement Rural (MINADER), le Projet d’Appui au Développement des Filières Agricoles phase II (PADFA II) est le fruit de la coopération entre le Cameroun et le Fonds International de Développement Agricole (FIDA). Le PADFA II lance un appel à proposition pour la pré-qualification puis la sélection des projets à financer par le fonds d’innovations.
